Balance Class
Every Tuesday & Thursday • 1:30 – 2:30 PM

$75 for 5 Classes or $20 per Class

A class for anyone who wants to work on balance, coordination, and functional strength. Emphasis is primarily focused on hips, legs, and ankles. This class is designed to improve posture, increase walking speed and decrease falls.

You will focus on flexibility, sensory awareness, reflexes, and concentration. Posture and alignment are also addressed as well as dynamic balance, static balance, and general overall balance. Class also includes exercises to improve sit-to-stand ability and vestibular training.

Stretch & Flex
Every Wednesday • 1:00 – 2:00 PM
Instructor: Laura Brook
$75 for 5 Classes or $20 per Class

This class is appropriate for all levels and ages.

Gentle Stretch & Flex seeks to provide therapeutic modifications to common yoga poses. The goal is to increase your mobility and flexibility in a class with a well-rounded approach.

The purpose of this class is relaxation. You will focus on breathing, balance and posture accompanied by simple stretches to improve your range of motion in a safe and comfortable setting.

Pilates Mat
Every Tues & Thurs at 9:00AM

Our Mat Pilates class focuses on core strength, posture, and body awareness through controlled, low-impact movement. Each class emphasizes proper form and alignment while helping improve balance, stability, and overall functional strength. Suitable for a variety of fitness levels, including beginners. The only requirement is the ability to get up and down on the floor independently.

Strength and Balance
Every Tuesday & Thursday 10:00AM

Our Strength & Balance class is designed for individuals who benefit from seated or chair-supported exercise in a comfortable and supportive environment. This gentle yet effective class focuses on enhancing balance, supporting mobility, and building strength through safe, functional movements tailored to a variety of ability levels.
